If you wish to continue the <br /> office use, the City requires that you obtain a Use Permit from the Planning <br /> Department. U•e Permits are required when the use of a structure constructed for <br /> residential use is changed to a business or commercial use. This is done in order <br /> to address the impacts such as parking, fire safety� etc. of a more intensive use. <br /> Upon receipt of this letter, please notify the Planning Department, City Hall� <br /> Everett, WA 98201 in writing if the above compliance date will allow you sufficient <br /> time to find a new location.
