R�ove the existing curb <br /> and gutter, a 4-foot deep section of driveway <br /> asphalt to provide a smooth transition and construct <br /> a Type "D" driveway for full width of your access <br /> road in accordance to A.P.W.A. Std. Plan No. 10. <br /> 2. The restrictor C.B. canno[ be properly maintained <br /> by City vehicles. Construct a 12-foot wide all- <br /> weather road from the south end of the cul-de-sac <br /> to the C.B. by grading and placing 3-inc�i quarry rock. <br /> If the above items are not completed by December 10, 1981, the City <br /> will Ue required to proceed against the above-noted Uond.
