Group R, Division 1 Occupancy requires all walls and floor-ceiling assemblies to be of <br /> one-hour£re-resistive protection. Table No. 17-A. <br /> 5. Provide smoke detectors in each sleeping room and in the corridor outside sleeping <br /> areas per Section 1210. <br /> 6. Attic access openings (minimum 22 inches by 30 inches) shall be provided with <br /> minimum clear headroom of 30 inches. Section 3205(a). <br /> 7. Roof drains shall be connected to the storm sewer. <br /> 8.
