I <br /> In talking with Tim on Afay 30th, I e�lained to him that the house was sCill I <br /> standing and that its condition could warrant using the Fm ergency Section of <br /> the Dangerons Building Code, wfiich is his territory of enforcement. i <br /> I gave Tim [he demolition permit number and once we were off the phone, I made <br /> a copy of the file and sent it to him. <br /> Today Ti� called and asked what tlie difference Was between [his house and thc <br /> % �� two I had taken abatement on and had demoliehed on Pacific. I explained that <br /> � C�� Chere was really no difference except that I didn'[ know there were demo <br /> petmits issued on the places on Pacific, so I proceeded with aba[ement, <br /> � whereas 1 was aware of the permit issued on Te-race �:rive, and when a permit <br /> I � is issued on a aite, I drop back as the permlt then deals 3irectly wiCh [he <br /> � Building Code, Which is hia Cerritory.
