VARIANCE REQUEST <br /> Frank Ronechy - Applicnnt <br /> The aubject property and proposed 2 lot ehort plat was illegally <br /> eegregated and a portion thereof conveyed to Frank Ronechy in March of <br /> 1981. This left a paxcel with 59 feet of frontage on Thomson Avenue. <br /> The purpose of the propoaed short plat is to legally subdivide the <br /> property and alloa for the issuance of permits on the nevly crented lot. <br /> The nature of this variance application is to allow for the 59 feet of <br /> frontage along Thomson Avenue despite the 60 foot minimum reqvirement. <br />
