The grounds <br /> were kept in an orderly fashion and tl�ere are apparently no violations of <br /> the Everett City Code. <br /> I notified Mrs. Ixwin, by telephone, that there are nn violations of any <br /> City Ordinances at Mrs. 6'arnell's residence. <br /> The vi.olations that Mrs. Irwin was referring to are reatrictive covenants <br /> that are peculi.ar to the Valley View Plat. I e��lained to her �hat the <br /> covenants are a civil matter and not enforceable by tlie city. She was <br /> apparently satisfied with this explanation. <br /> RoUcrt K.
