Three storage buildings will also be <br /> constructed to serve the 12 residential units. The following factors were considered prior <br /> to making a preliminary decision on this proposal: <br /> 1. The prcposed site is zoned R-3, ?:ultiple-Fanily Low-Density residence zone, which would <br /> allow this use. <br /> 2. The atorage buildings must be lir�ited to use by residents of the 12 residential units only. <br /> 3. The site is currently vacant and has been cleared. Powe:line easements e:iist on the <br /> eastern, southwest and northwest boundaries of the site. <br /> 4. Access is proposed via TimUer Aill Drive. <br /> 5. The site abuts th� I-5 freeway which generates a high noise �evel onto the proposed site. <br /> 6.
