The Final Mitigated Determination of Nonsibmificance (MDNS)for the praposal requires that <br /> "Prior to issuance of Building Permits, the applicant must provide documentation showing the <br /> praposed parking and landscaping is permittcd under the power lines. Documcntation may <br /> consist of letters from the appropriatc power companies and/or copies of the applicable easemcnts <br /> dcscribing any land use resfictions." <br /> 2. A 10 foot wide landscape strip is required along thc property line abutting 1-5. The landscapc <br /> plan shows the 10 feet width,but the stormwater facilities extend into that arca. The storm���atcr <br /> facilitv will have to be setback 10 feet,or you must demonstrtc that the portion oPthc <br /> stormwater facility in the 10 foot area can Ue landscaped as shown. <br /> 3. Condition 22 of the Information for Dcveloper attachment to the MDNS requires that you submit <br /> a rccreation plan with ti�c building permit application. The plan must includc standards and <br /> specifications for rccrcation areas and cquipment, including pictures of proposcd�quipment. If <br /> sufficicnt infortnation is not Imo�m at timc of submittal for building permits,minimum <br /> spccifications or cxamples must bc provided. <br /> Beforc the Pianning Departmcnt can sign off on the permits, the items discusscd must be <br /> submitted/resoh�ed.
