Parking musL be provided in compliance with Zoning Code requiramente. <br /> p mi�im� of 15 parking stalis are required for the 10 units propoaed. <br /> (SEPA Tramportation/Circulation Policies) � <br /> 2. Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance with ( <br /> Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall be camputad by I <br /> the Building Department per tha ordinance in effect at the time and <br /> according to the inPormatiion provided on the approved pla[w on the date I <br /> of permit iesuanee. (SEPA Utilities Policy) � <br /> 3• There are 3 options for discharge of storm aater at this site: <br /> (1) Co�struction of a dry well system. <br /> (2) Conneci:i.on to the I-5 drainage system. <br /> (3) Construction of a new drainage system to Timber Hill Drive's <br /> existing system. <br /> For the first alternative, the dry well must be designed by a <br /> civil engineer per eity deaign standards and located so a� the <br /> ad�acent properties are hydraulically higher than the dry well ' <br /> system. For alternatives 2 and 3� on-site detention or payment <br /> of a drainage fee will be required. <br /> If Alterr.ative 2 is ehosen, the applicant must obtain a drainage <br /> permit from the State Department of Transportation. (SEPA <br /> Utilities Policy and Ordinance 670-00) <br /> 4. A landscaping strip a minim� of 5 feet wide must be provided <br /> betwenn the parking area and Timberhill Drive, except for the <br /> driveway� in compliance with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code <br /> and Section 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual. <br /> (SEPA Light and Glare and Aesthetics Policy) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a <br /> probable significant adverse impact on the enviro�ent. An Environmental <br /> Impact Statement is not required under RCN 43•27C.030(2)(c). This <br /> detecbination assumes complianee with state lax and City ordinances related to <br /> general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improvement requirements� drainage� etc. This decision Was made after reviex <br /> of a completed environmental ehecklist and other information on file N1th the <br /> leaQ agency. This information is available to the public on request. This <br /> DeterminaEion of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on compliance <br /> with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by ceference as if <br /> ful'y set forth herein. <br />
