For alternatives 2 and 3� on-site detention or payment <br /> of a drainage fee will be required. <br /> If Alterr.ative 2 is ehosen, the applicant must obtain a drainage <br /> permit from the State Department of Transportation. (SEPA <br /> Utilities Policy and Ordinance 670-00) <br /> 4. A landscaping strip a minim� of 5 feet wide must be provided <br /> betwenn the parking area and Timberhill Drive, except for the <br /> driveway� in compliance with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code <br /> and Section 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual. <br /> (SEPA Light and Glare and Aesthetics Policy) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a <br /> probable significant adverse impact on the enviro�ent. An Environmental <br /> Impact Statement is not required under RCN 43•27C.030(2)(c). This <br /> detecbination assumes complianee with state lax and City ordinances related to <br /> general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br /> improvement requirements� drainage� etc. This decision Was made after reviex <br /> of a completed environmental ehecklist and other information on file N1th the <br /> leaQ agency. This information is available to the public on request. This <br /> DeterminaEion of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on compliance <br /> with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by ceference as if <br /> ful'y set forth herein. <br />
