If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of completion, you <br /> may: <br /> 1) Request an inspection of�vork that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br /> or 2) Request final inspection if the work is �ompleted, <br /> or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br /> Please respond within 10 days.
