The existing unit has a larqer foct print than what the new Trane unit has. <br /> I believe the existing one is heavier(Carrier Unit), 1 don't have that information because we were demolishing out the old unit. The <br /> existing structure originally was designed lo hold a Trane unit, of similar size, setting on a support stand.
