Proposed remodel will start after the demolition has been completed and � <br /> the construction area has clear of all debris. <br /> 2. All outside walls will be stripped of all materials so as to accommodate the <br /> installation of new conduiVwiring. this also gives us the chance to <br /> upgrade the walls insulation, dywall fire rating and install any blocking <br /> necessary for any hardware that might need to be installed later. <br /> 3. All the new walls will consist of steel studs and 5/8" drywall typical of <br /> Educationai or institutional facilities as required by State Fire and Building <br /> Code. <br /> 4. Any penetrations into existing ceiling that has existing 12x12" tiles now <br /> instailed will be fire patched before new ceiling grid system is installed. <br /> 5. New ceiling grid system will be of current fire rated material and installed <br /> as per installation requirements by Code. <br /> 6. New energy saver light fixtures will be installed as per the 1994 Energy <br /> Code, office area not to exceed 1.2 watts per square foot. <br /> 7. All outside walls will be constructed as per the requirements of the 1994 <br /> energy codes, specifically table 13-1. Outside walls will be framed of 2x6 <br /> dimensional steel stud with 5/8" drywall inside and outside of wall will be <br /> sheathed with 1/2" OSB. Vapor barrier of Typar, and a finish of"drive-iY' <br /> stucco like material will be the final surtace.
