I just talked with you and am answering your questions <br /> regarding Panel X in the Rainier building. The emerqency lighting will <br /> be changed out as part of our lighting upgrade through PUD. We will be <br /> reballasting the T-12 fixtures to T-8 lamped fixturee. We will also be <br /> replacing the Exit lights that use 2-20watt bulbs to the red LED type <br /> that use 3 watts. Most of the emergency lighting is on battery backup <br /> and when we up qrade, all will be �n battery back up.
