Il is our <br /> understanding Ihe project was addressed based on that design and assigned an address of 905�dwav Ave" Since <br /> that time the project design has changed and the frontac�e street changed to Tower Street(there is no entrance lo College <br /> Slalion Transit Center from North Broadway).
