September 4, 2013 <br /> STREET CLOSURE — NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY <br /> Authorize the closure of High Street, 38th to 39th Street, on <br /> September 14, 2013, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., for a Neighborhood Block Party <br /> sponsored by the neighbors from the 3800 block of High Street. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — DERBY DAYS <br /> Authorize the closure of Wall Street, Hoyt to Colby, on September 21 <br /> and September 22, 2013, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., for Derby Days — The Great <br /> Outdoors Adventure sponsored by the Imagine Children's Museum. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — 5K RUN/WALK <br /> Authorize the closure of Wall Street, Rockefeller to Wetmore, and a <br /> rolling street closure from the Snohomish County Plaza north via <br /> Colby to 13th Street on October 20, 2013, 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for a <br /> 5K Run/Walk sponsored by the American Cancer Society. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1308-27 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2013 revised <br /> city of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. 3327-13 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member Bader, <br /> that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. <br /> 1308-27 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 242 <br />
