September 11, 2013 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL NO. 1308-29 <br /> Council President Moore opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br /> No. 1308-29, a proposed ordinance amending the Minimum Off-Street <br /> parking Standard for Senior Citizen Housing in the C-2 ES Zone and E-1 <br /> MUO Zone. <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, presented a power point in response to questions <br /> asked at the briefing regarding this item. <br /> Council President Moore invited public comment. There was no <br /> response. <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to close the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1308-29 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Minimum Off-Street Parking <br /> Standard for Senior Citizen Housing in the C-2 ES Zone and E- <br /> 1 MUO Zone, amending Section 6 of Ordinance No. 3002-07, as <br /> amended (EMC 19.34.020) <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1308-29 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final <br /> disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 250 <br />
