Some of these data banks contain information considered confidential by the <br /> Washington State Employment Security Department(ESD). The PSRC and ESD require the "Agreement to <br /> Release Information" and the "Notice of Nondisclosure" agreements to be executed to access the forecast and <br /> modeling data. The Planning and Engineering/Public Services Departments use these databanks for <br /> monitoring implementation of the Growth Management Act,preparing comprehensive plans, and for studies <br /> related to employment growth and transportation modeling. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize Mayor to execute the Puget Sound Regional Council Agreement to Release Information and the <br /> Washington State Employment Security Department Notice of Nondisclosure. <br /> PSRC ESD Agmts.doc 1 L} <br />
