It was determined that proposals should be solicited for design and provision of playground equipment <br /> for this project. <br /> Requests for Proposals were sent to 31 potential bidders, advertised in the Herald and posted on the City's <br /> web site. Six proposals were received as outlined in the attached summary. After evaluation by Parks staff <br /> and a committee from the NW Neighborhood,Proposal#2 from Site Lines Park and Playground Products <br /> was determined to be the most advantageous to the City.
