Ted de Budden
From: Ted de Budden
Sent: Friday, October 07, 2016 10:59 AM
To: Donald Cunningham
Subject: RE: 2413 26 St /CE15-1002
Don,
Based on the Planning Department approved dimensions, I have granted final approval for the permit to reduce the size
of this structure.. (# B1602-030)
Thank you for your efforts to resolve this matter.
Regards
Ted de Budden
Chief Inspector
Everett Building Department
425.257 7271
From: Donald Cunningham
Sent: Thursday, October 06, 2016 1:47 PM
To: Ted de Budden
Cc: Steve Ingalsbe; David Foster; Jeff Heilman
Subject: 2413 26 St/ CE15-1002
Thank you all, for the research you did on this property.
There are a number of figures involved in the intended size of this structure. The bottom line now is Steve Ingalsbe' s
calculations documented on the Non-Conforming Building Certification allow the footprint of the structure to be 242 sq.
feet. The Plan attached to Building Permit B1602-030 indicated the final dimension would be 222 sq. feet. Dave Foster's
recent inspection revealed Mr. Remp varied from his building plan, the structure was only reduced on its eastern side,
and the final dimension is now 256 sq. feet.
Having discussed this case with Mr. Ingalsbe, we have decided the Planning Department and Code Enforcement Unit are
satisfied with the final location and dimensions.
Ted-can you take steps to grant final approval to the Building Permit?
Thanks!
Don
Donald Cunningham
Code Enforcement Officer
Everett Police Department
Desk 425 257-8564
dcunningham@everettwa.gov
