6 <br /> Everett Hawks <br /> Special Event Permit Request <br /> Overview <br /> It is the desire of the Everett Hawks to offer our game patrons a Tailgate area before each <br /> of our 8 home games. This area will offer food, music, children's activities, sponsor <br /> displays,vaminiillesepretiM The intent of the area is to maximize our fan experience in <br /> this community. <br /> Set up will begin 2 hours before the posted game time and tear down will begin 30 <br /> minutes before game time. The Tailgate will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Emergency <br /> ingress and egress will be maintained center street. <br /> Scheduled Dates <br /> Following is the list of game dates and times for each Everett Hawks home game: <br /> Day Date Time <br /> Sunday May 6, 2007 3:00 pm <br /> Monday May 14, 2007 7:30 pm <br /> Sunday May 27, 2007 3:00 pm <br /> Saturday June 9, 2007 7:30 pm <br /> Saturday June 23, 2007 7:30 pm <br /> Saturday July 7, 2007 7:30 pm <br /> Saturday July 21, 2007 7:30 pm <br /> Saturday July 28, 2007 7:30 pm <br /> NOTE: Should the team reach to AFL2 playoffs we would extend the Tailgate sessions to those games as <br /> well. Schedules are not prepared for these dates and will not be available until later in the season. <br /> Emergency Plan <br /> Emergency ingress and egress to the Tailgate area will be achieved in the center of Oakes <br /> Avenue. A minimum 16 foot corridor will be maintained to all access for emergency <br /> equipment should the need arise. On site security personnel or team officials will be <br /> responsible for opening the street barriers and moving the existing crowds to the <br /> sidewalks,thereby clearing the path for emergency vehicle traffic. <br /> 2 <br />
