This project was first presented to the Budget . Committee on August 3, 2004. On March 2, 2005, Council authorized INCA Engineering Inc. to take the project through the environmental process and with a subsequent amendment, to final design. Everett Transit has purchased three properties necessary for the project on Broadway Avenue and the City has agreed to vacate Waverly in exchange for two additional properties in the footprint of the project. INCA has completed the 100% design documents and the project is ready to advance to the construction phase. The NETC is projected to be completed by January 31, 2008.
