Perteet Engineering submitted an SOQ and was selected to perform the civil related projects. The work tasks include: designing the Simpson access bridge and roundabout, designing the main road extension, preparing the landfill preload and grading contract, GEC management, and site surveying. The General Engineering Management agreement allows the City to meet critical schedules dates while improving contract oversight and administration. Funding for this agreement is: Fund 308—Riverfront District Development Fund $1,500,000 Fund 338 —Solid Waste Improvement Fund $1,000,000 Total $2,500,000 RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign General Engineering and Consulting (GEC)Management Agreement for Riverfront Development—Civil Projects with Perteet Engineering. 4
