C <br /> • Continue to assist smaller agencies within Snohomish County <br /> with narcotics enforcement within their towns and cities. <br /> • Continue to provide narcotics enforcement training to smaller <br /> jurisdictions throughout Snohomish County. <br /> 1.5 The Task Force shall continue to follow a management system for the <br /> shared coordination and direction of personnel as well as financial, <br /> equipment and technical resources as stated in this agreement. <br /> 1.6 The Task Force shall continue to implement operations, including: <br /> a. Development of intelligence <br /> b. Target identification <br /> c. Investigation <br /> d. Arrest of Suspects <br /> e. Successful prosecution of offenders, and <br /> f.
