This <br /> agreement would allow a WSP trooper to ride with an Everett Police Department officer for remedial driving <br /> instruction when needed. <br /> When the WSP is requested to train or review our officers in the Emergency Vehicle Operation Course, the <br /> Police Department will reimburse WSP for the trooper's overtime and benefit rate, a fee estimated at $aper <br /> hour. Mileage at the rate of 62 cents per mile will also be added for mileage between trooper's locatto and <br /> the Police Department. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the General Services Agreement with the Washington State Patrol for <br /> Emergency Vehicle Operation Course instruction. <br /> 22 <br />
