Section 6 of Ordinance No. 849-82 which reads as follows: <br /> If Council should decide to lease Everpark Garage, the requirements set forth in <br /> Section 15.190 of the City Charter must be followed. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> If City Council should decide to lease Everpark Garage,the requirements set forth <br /> in Ordinance No. 2974-07 must be followed. <br /> Section 3. If any section, subsection, clause, sentence, or phrase of this ordinance should <br /> be held invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remaining portionsof this ordinance. <br /> Section 4. The enactment of this Ordinance shall not affect any case, proceeding, or <br /> appeal currently pending before the City or in any court: <br /> Section 5.
