Road, East of Interstate 5 Real Property Amount Budgeted -0- Expenditure Required -0- Account Number(s): Budget Remaining -0- Additional Required -0- DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: The developer of the Crossing at North Creek Project is required to install a new sewer line and connect to the existing Alderwood Water and Wastewater District (AWWD) sewer system to provide service for their proposed development. In order to connect to the existing AWWD sewer system, an easement from the City of Everett is required to cross the city owned property with the new sewer line in order to make the connection. This easement is being granted in fulfillment of an easement reservation on the city owned property. The developer of the Crossing North Creek Project will pay for all fees related to this easement. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to execute the easement to Alderwood Water and Wastewater District for the installation of a sewer line on City of Everett property located south of 124th Street SE and west of Andrew Sater Road for the Crossing at North Creek Development. 0
