9 <br /> Marketing and Materials: <br /> Water Conservation Programs-$3,700.40 for revisions and marketing of the water conservation <br /> program for elementary, middle, and high school-age children.(55 hours of revision and/or <br /> marketing time at$67.28 per hour.) <br /> Surface Water/Watershed Protection Programs-$3,700.40 for revisions and marketing of a <br /> surface water program for elementary school-age children,and a two-day comprehensive water <br /> program for middle school-age children. (55 hours of revision and/or marketing time at$67.28 <br /> per hour.) <br /> Materials-Materials purchased for marketing of the program, as well as for replacement of lab <br /> materials, activity boards and cards,and other props or supplies needed for classroom activities <br /> shall not exceed a total contract amount of$1,500.00. <br /> Implementation: <br /> Contractor shall implement a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 220 days of presentations <br /> (800-880 presentations)at$614.00 per presentation day,not to exceed$135,080.00. Each <br /> presentation day shall have a minimum of three and a maximum of five presentations. <br /> Contractor agrees to schedule a minimum of 200 presentation days for the 2007-2008 school <br /> year. If Contractor is asked by the City of Everett to schedule additional programs,then the <br /> number of presentation days to be scheduled for the remainder of the year shall be reviewed and <br /> agreed upon by both parties at the time of the request. <br /> Scheduling: <br /> Contractor will provide scheduling and confirmation for all of the elementary, middle and high <br /> school programs. Contractor shall bill the City on an hourly basis of$54.08 per hour for <br /> scheduling costs each month, not to exceed a total contract amount of$19,198.35. Materials <br /> purchased for scheduling the presentations shall not exceed a total contract amount of$210.00. <br /> Evaluation: <br /> Contractor will provide teacher program evaluations for all programs. Results from teacher <br /> surveys will be consolidated into a final report. Contractor shall bill the City on an hourly basis <br /> of$62.20 per hour for evaluation costs each month, not to exceed a total contract amount of <br /> $2,488.00. Materials purchased for evaluation of the programs shall not exceed a total contract <br /> amount of$650.00. <br /> Billing: <br /> Upon completion of implementation each month,Contractor will bill City of Everett for <br /> revisions, marketing and/or presentation work, as well as any requested scheduling, completed <br /> that month and will submit a presentation schedule listing the locations and dates of the <br /> completed presentations. The bill will be submitted utilizing the term"Payment Due Upon <br /> Receipt." <br /> Page 2 4 <br />
