I <br /> ISUBCONTRACTORS <br /> 1. List the names of the subcontractors with whom the bidder will subcontract if awarded the contract. <br /> I Bidder may name itself any or all of the work, including one or more categories of work. <br /> 2. For heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing (as defined by RCW Chap. 18.106) and <br /> electrical work (as defined by RCW Chap. 19.28), Bidder MUST either identify itself or <br /> I subcontractors. If Bidder believes such work is not part of the scope of work, Bidder shall <br /> write"NO WORK". <br /> 3. For all other types and scope of work, the City will assume the bidder will perform with its own <br /> I forces any and all types and scope of work for which a subcontractor is not identified. <br /> 4. Bidder shall not list more than one subcontractor for each category of work identified, unless <br /> subcontractors vary with bid alternates, in which case the bidder must indicate which subcontractor <br /> I will be used for which alternate. <br /> 5. Bidder's bid shall be deemed nonresponsive and void if: <br /> A. (For heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical work) Bidder fails to <br /> submit as part of the bid the names of such subcontractors or to name itself to perform such <br /> work or writes"No Work";or <br /> I 6. <br /> B.
