' 34 35 In the third paragraph, "Project Engineer" is revised to read "Engineer". 36 37 The following new paragraph is inserted after the third paragraph: 38 39 The Contractor shall keep lanes, on-ramps, and off-ramps, open to traffic at all times ' 40 41 except when Work requires closures. Ramps shall not be closed on consecutive interchanges at the same time, unless approved by the Engineer. Lanes and ramps 42 shall be closed for the minimum time required to complete the Work.
