Page 111 <br /> Category B Projects: 95% of the basic hourly reate for each <br /> group plus full fringe benefits applicable to category A <br /> projects shall apply to the following projects. A Reduced <br /> rates may be paid on the following: <br /> 1. Projects involving work on structures such as buildings <br /> and bridges whose total value is less than $1.5 million <br /> excluding mechanical, electrical, and utility portions of <br /> the contract. <br /> 2. Projects of less than $1 million where no building is <br /> involved. Surfacing and paving included, but utilities <br /> excluded. <br /> 3.
