When heating asphalt binder: 21 I 22 • not exceed the maximum temperature of the asphalt binder 23 recommended by the asphalt binder supplier. 24 I 25 • Avoid local variations in heating. 26 27 • Provide a continuous supply of asphalt binder to the mixer at a I 28 29 uniform average temperature with no individual variations exceeding 25°F. 30 I 31 4.
