I <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 2 1-07.18(5)F Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> 3 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits of <br /> 4 $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella <br /> 5 liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial General <br /> 6 and Auto insurance policy coverage. <br /> I <br /> 7 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary <br /> 8 Commercial General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination <br /> 9 thereof. <br /> 10 Il <br /> 11 1-07.18(5)G Pollution Liability <br /> 12 The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for I 13 claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of <br /> 14 tangible property that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, <br /> 15 remediation, disposal or other handling of pollutants, including costs and <br /> 16 expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or settlement of claims arising <br /> 17 out of: <br /> 18 • Contractor's operations related to this project; and/or <br /> 19 • Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead- <br /> 20 based paint or materials containing asbestos; and/or <br /> 21 • Transportation of hazardous materials away from any site related to this <br /> 22 project. <br /> 23 • Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum coverage: <br /> $2,000,000 I each loss and annual aggregate <br /> 24 <br /> 25 1-07.18(5)H Professional Liability <br /> 26 The Contractor and/or its Subcontractor and/or its design consultant providing <br /> 27 construction management, value engineering, or any other design-related non- <br /> 28 construction professional services shall provide evidence of Professional <br /> 29 Liability insurance covering professional errors and omissions.
