The amounts paid the contractor under this contract are as follows: Amount Paid to Date: $ 2,380,292.95 Retainage Withheld: $ 125,278.59 Total Amount Due to Contractor: $ 125,278.59 By Council approving this action, the Holly Drive Pedestrian/Bicycle Improvements project will be accepted as complete and the retainage in the amount of $125,278.59 be released.
