5 AMERICAN LEGION GOLF COURSE <br /> AND WALTER E HALL GOLF COURSE <br /> MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> EXHIBIT C <br /> CONTRACTOR CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS <br /> A) GOLF SHOP OPERATIONS <br /> 1. General Manager, Pro Shop Managers and Assistants, Office staff, Starters <br /> a. Shirts shall be golf polo style with the applicable golf course's <br /> logo prominently displayed on the front upper left of the shirt. <br /> b. The Contractor may display its corporate logo on the right sleeve <br /> of the shirt. In no circumstance shall the Contractor's logo <br /> exceed, in size, the course's logo. <br /> c. All shirts must be of uniform color for all staff and between <br /> courses. <br /> d. Pants shall be long and khaki. <br /> e. Shoes shall be dress or dress like (such as golf shoes); sneakers, <br /> sandals or shoe wear of a similar nature is not allowed. <br /> f. Belts must be worn at all times. <br /> g. Outerwear covering shirts must conform to the requirements of <br /> this Exhibit's C, Article A.1. <br /> h. Staff showing up for work dressed contrary to these requirements <br /> will not be allowed to work until they meet the requirements. <br /> 2. Marshalls <br /> a. The dress requirements of Marshalls shall conform to the <br /> requirements under Exhibit C, Article A.1 with the following <br /> exceptions: <br /> 1) Shorts may be worn but must be of the"golf variety" and <br /> Khaki in color. <br /> 2) A hat may be worn but it must have the course logo. <br /> 3) Staff showing up for work dressed contrary to these <br /> requirements will not be allowed to work until they meet the <br /> requirements. <br /> 1371 <br /> 1 <br />
