ORDINANCE NO. <br /> • <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled <br /> "Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement <br /> Program" Program 098 and Program 099 of Fund 360, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 2439-00. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement <br /> Program" Fund 360, Program 098 and Program 099 were established to provide for the <br /> construction of improvements as selected by each neighborhood; Northeast pverett, <br /> Port Gardner, and Riverside, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 360, Program 098 and Program <br /> 099, entitled "Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement <br /> Program" be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final expenses and revenues for the "Community Development <br /> Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Program " Program 098 and Program 099, are <br /> as follows: <br /> A. Program 098 <br /> a) Use of Funds <br /> Improvements — Northeast Everett $15,844 <br /> Improvements — Port Gardner 20,000 <br /> Improvements - Riverside 9,045 <br /> TOTAL $44,889 <br /> b) Source of Funds <br /> Community Development Block Grants $44,889 <br /> 1 3 i <br />
