10 <br /> Section 4: The Planning Director of the City of Everett under the administration of the Mayor is <br /> hereby given the responsibility, working with the appropriate departments, to provide the <br /> improvements as described herein. <br /> Section 5: Funding <br /> A. The sum of $296,149 is hereby appropriated to Fund 360, Program 201, 202, 203, <br /> 204, and 205 "Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvements" <br /> as follows: <br /> Program 201: <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood Improvements $16,149 <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Program 202: <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Program 203: <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Program 204: <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Program 205: <br /> Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Riverside Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> Northeast Neighborhood Improvements $20,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Community Development Block Grant funds $296,149 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until <br /> fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the <br /> necessity of re-appropriation. <br /> Section 6: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to obtain interim financing which may be in <br /> any form permitted by law. Interim financing liabilities shall be paid by the Treasurer as,soon as <br /> permanent financing monies, from sources as described in this Ordinance, are received. <br /> 165 <br />
