3 <br /> 454,;.4;;z, <br /> p - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled <br /> "1997 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement <br /> Program" Program 097 of Fund 360, as established by Ordinance No. 2283- <br /> 98. <br /> WHEREAS, the "1997 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood <br /> Improvement Program" Fund 360, Program 097 was established to provide for the <br /> construction of improvements as selected by each neighborhood; Northeast Everett, <br /> Port Gardner, and Riverside, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 360, Program 097, entitled <br /> "1997 Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Program" be <br /> closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final expenses and revenues for the "1997 Community <br /> Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Program ", are as follows: <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Improvements - Northeast Everett $24,156 <br /> Improvements — Port Gardner 20,000 <br /> Improvements - Riverside 36,842 <br /> TOTAL $80,998 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Community Development Block Grants $80,998 <br /> 176 <br />
