The <br /> result of these services will move the Human Resources Department from the 6th to the 5t"Floor and <br /> allow Information Technologies to expand its operations on the 6th Floor. Telecommunications and IT <br /> personnel currently located at the Service Center Complex will be relocated to the 6t"Floor to <br /> consolidate Information Technologies operations. <br /> Dykeman and the Facilities Department have developed a scope of work and negotiated a fee of <br /> $42,300.00 for the architectural services. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Dykeman for the Wall Street Building <br /> 5t" & 6th Floor Remodel Project in the amount of$42,300.00. <br /> 3 <br />
