Please submit two sets of drawings <br />with a response letter indicating how corrections are resolved on the plan set. <br />General <br />1. To identify what is being proposed as new work on this permit, please revise the <br />drawings as follows: <br />a. New work should be indicated with dark lines. Existing work should be indicated <br />as light lines, in comparison, and demolition work should be indicated with <br />dashed lines. <br />b. The drawings should be clear enough that the scope of the new work could be <br />understood and built by someone other than the submitter. <br />c. Please remove the city markup of the violation of missing accessible parking <br />spaces from the permit drawings to restore accessible parking spaces. <br />�` <br />� The drawings have been replaced by a new drawing set to clearly show the new work and <br />address above items. <br />Accessi bi I ity <br />1. The number of accessible parking spaces required should be shown to comply with the <br />original permit drawings by summarized total parking count and the number of <br />accessible spaces provided. <br />;� A parking summary has been added to sheet A1.02. This summary shows a total of 307 <br />parking stalls, including 8 accessible stalls. The 8 accessible stalls is the number shown <br />on the original plans, and the 307 total is the amount granted under the variance. <br />2. The method of designating accessible parking spaces (Alease remove HC� should be <br />shown on the drawings to comply with accessible signage and striping on the paved <br />areas, as was required at the time of permit. <br />
