The scope of work currently indicates the addition of an on-street accessible parking stall with a new curb
ramp. That is not the current scope of work for permit SW1311-003. I have redlined it as weEl for your review. Thanks
again,
Meg
. §.
Co€erstone-0...
From: Meg Haley
Sent: Monday, March 03, 2014 9:37 AM
To: 'cclark@cross2dg.com'
Cc: 'Craig Belcher'
Subject: Copperstone Apartments parking layout to match previously approved
RE: Permit BW1311-003
« File: Copperstone-0003.pdf» « File: Copperstone-0004.pdf»
Good morning Ms. Clark,
Thanks for taking my call this morning.
In preparing the parking revisions to issue for permit, I noticed that the accessible parking spotsjust north of 85th do not
align with the accessible residences, per the attached historical plans. I had started to mark up the revisions, including
the location of the accessible residences with an inset of a summary of units, but the drawing revisions are probably
better coming from your office instead of as a redline by me. We are still looking for the dimension to the location of
the sign from the parking space to be shown on the plans, per previous correspondence sent to Mr. Belcher.
I have attached the redline of the revisions to sheet A1.02, to include a summary of the accessible units per the original
permit. For your reference, I also attached the historical parking layout. I do not recommend including the historical
parking layout in the permit, since the width of the parking spaces, and in some cases the locations, have changed.
Also, I wanted to bring your attention to the existence of a ninth accessible parking spot that may have been located for
a specific resident, south of 85th and south of the restored parking spaces. I did not know if that accessible parking spot
was meant to remain. It is not part of the scope of the this permit in terms of restoring the accessible parking spots to
the original permit layout, but it may be an existing accessible parking spot currently in use by a resident as installed by
management, and you may want to show it on the plans. Mr. Belcher can clarify that for you.
Best,
Meg
