After field observation (notes, photos, and plan attached), it was
confirmed that the complaint is valid, based on previously permitted plans.
Since modifications to the location and size of accessible stalls have occurred since the permit
drawings were issued, a new building permit application is required to restore the permitted
configuration of accessible parking stalls.
The building permit application should include two sets of drawings.
1. At minimum, the number and location of accessible parking spaces should be
restored to the configuration shown on attached permitted plans dated 7/14/1980
issued from the City of Everett; and,
2. The original permitted accessible parking spaces should be marked with permanent
vertical signs.
Please note that the requirements for compliance with federal laws may be more restrictive.
You can reach me directly to discuss this letter by e-mail at mhaley@everettwa.gov or by
phone at 425-257-8813.
ncerely,
Meg a y, NCARB
Plans Exa iner
