(425-356-2700) <br /> FROM: Sabrina Fandler, Engineering/Public Services Department <br /> DATE: 10-12-2015 <br /> SUBJECT: Public Works Plan Review Comments for PW 1510-005 and PW 1510-006 <br /> PROPOSAL: Two new duplexes for Dynasty Homes <br /> LOCATION: 2129 103rd St SW Units A&B, and 2119 103rd St SW Units A & B. <br /> A review of this project by the Engineering/Public Services Department indicates that the following <br /> revisions should be made and/or the following conditions must be met: <br /> 1. Please see the attached redlines for all required revisions. Please resubmit 2 copies of the <br /> revised plans along with the original City redlines. Separate submittals should be made for each <br /> permit number. <br /> 2. A brief drainage report is required, addressing Minimum Requirements #1-5. This can be 1-2 <br /> pages, or as necessary to demonstrate compliance. An erosion control plan will need to be added <br /> to the plan set to comply with MR#2. Please submit 2 copies of the drainage report for each <br /> permit number. <br /> 3. Your Public Works reviewer for these projects is Sabrina Fandler.
