/r4P " <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4 636 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 726. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0038 in LID Roll No. 726 to segregate the assessment of said <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0038 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate <br /> security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072- <br /> 84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0038 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by <br /> Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation <br /> ordered herein; <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. <br /> 726. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original <br /> assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment <br /> before segregation. <br />
