#4°I/e/4":::al <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4612 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City of Everett, Washington, authorizing the <br /> establishment of the "38th Street Railway Overcrossing and Riverside <br /> Parkway" Improvement Project <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement <br /> program as a part of the City Transportation Improvement Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of federal funds for <br /> the improvements to 38th Street Railway Overcrossing and Riverside Parkway; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT <br /> Section 1: <br /> The Mayor is authorized to sign all agreements and documents necessary to continue this <br /> project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> The authority granted by this resolution will continue until this project is completed or <br /> abandoned. <br /> Section 3: <br /> The Mayor is authorized and directed to provide a signed copy of the Resolution to the <br /> Engineering/Public Service Department. <br /> Councilmember Intro ucmg esolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 24th day of June, 1998. <br /> `tee <br /> Council/President <br /> GL:judyc(junreso.2) <br />
