EXHIBIT "A" <br /> All that portion of Upper Ridge Road, being a strip of land 60 feet in width.with 30 feet lying on <br /> each side of the centerline of Road Survey No. 1552 , as recorded in the office of the Snohomish <br /> County Engineer, lying in the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, <br /> Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M.; described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Northerly terminus of the cul-de-sac located at Station 13+45.51 of said <br /> Road Survey No. 1552; THENCE, Northerly along said centerline as more particularly <br /> described in that certain Quit Claim Deed from Howard F. Sievers and Tordis K. Sievers, <br /> husband and wife, and George P. Duecy and Margaret W. Duecy, husband and wife, to <br /> Snohomish County, Washington, dated July 15, 1957, and recorded under Auditor's File No. <br /> 1245891, records of said county, to Station 26+68.17 as described as the Southerly terminus of <br /> that certain street vacation of a portion of Upper Ridge Road , as ordained by City of Everett <br /> Ordinance 847-82 and recorded under Auditor's File No.9711240640, records of said county, <br /> and the TERMINUS OF SAID DESCRIPTION. <br /> LESS, any overlap in right of way as dedicated by Statutory Warranty Deed ganted by <br /> Associated Sand and Gravel, Inc. to the City of Everett dated September 23, 1991, and recorded <br /> under Auditor's File No. 9109300128 <br /> AND TOGETHER WITH, <br /> A 60 foot wide unnamed right of way, known as Haul Road, being 30 feet on each side of a <br /> centerline, as described in that certain Quit Claim Deed, granted by Associated Sand and Gravel, <br /> Inc to the City of Everett, dated September 17, 1970, and recorded under Auditor's File No. <br /> 2174737 <br /> 3 <br /> word/g:/vacation/ordurr.doe <br />
