Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Video Production Services <br /> General: <br /> The contractor shall receive general direction from the designated city <br /> representative based on the project schedules established by the City. The work <br /> includes close coordination and interaction with the public and City of Everett <br /> staff. Work in the field is expected. <br /> Work may include but is not limited to assistance in producting in-house studio <br /> programs, remote location recording of special events and updating the Everett <br /> Channel website. Equipment setup, operation and tear down, Video/Technical <br /> Directing, camera operation and video editing is included in this scope of work. <br /> Work is reviewed for quality and results obtained by Everett Channel <br /> representative. <br /> Compensation and Pay Requests: The contractor shall be compensated at a rate <br /> of $30 per hour for nighttime Council Chamber meetings and other work <br /> completed on assigned tasks and $60 per hour for daytime Council Chamber <br /> meetings. The contractor shall submit requests for payment to the designated <br /> city representative identifying the date period and hours of effort on assigned <br /> tasks. Pay requests shall be accepted no more than once a month and are to be <br /> submitted to the City on or before the 5th day of each month. <br /> Schedule: The schedule shall be developed by City of Everett Channel <br /> representative for each task. Schedule may include evening and weekend <br /> assignments. <br />
