A copy of the Resolution of Intent <br /> to Rezone, Resolution No. 4315 is attached as Exhibit #1 hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. • <br /> Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of Everett is hereby instructed to file a duly <br /> certified copy of this Ordinance with Exhibit #1, Resolution of Intent to Rezone, <br /> Resolution No 4315, with the Auditor of Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Section 4: Severability. If any section, subsection, clause, phrase or any portion of <br /> this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br /> any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remaining portions of this ordinance.
