There were thirty-one (31) conditions of approval together with eighteen <br /> (18) additional conditions of mitigation required by the City's SEPA Ordinance. <br /> FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL: The City's Zoning Code EMC <br /> 32.180 requires that a final development plan be submitted that is consistent with <br /> the Preliminary Approval of the Subdivision/Planned Residential Development. <br /> The City shall review the final development plan to ensure that it is in substantial <br /> compliance with the previous approvals. If the final plan is in substantial <br /> compliance with the approved preliminary plan, it shall be approved by the City <br /> Council. <br /> RECOMMENDATION BY PLANNING DIRECTOR: The Director has reviewed <br /> all development plans and has determined the final plans are consistent with the <br /> Preliminary Approval of the Subdivision/Planned Residential Development and <br /> should be approved. <br /> DECISION: The City Council has determined, by review of the Final <br /> Development Plans, that the Final Plans are in substantial compliance with <br /> the PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION/PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br /> APPROVAL (RESOLUTION #4315) AND IS HEREBY APPROVED. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT -,-----(e' /,-..2.- /,,,,,A,,_ <br /> 4ITY COUNCIL P ESIDENT <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS // DAY OF _un« ,1997. <br />
