440, ORDINANCE NO. 2209-97 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Evergreen Way Local Improvement District (LID) No. 735, Pecks Drive to 52nd Street", Fund 701, Program 735, to accumulate all transactions for the special improvement project. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to widening improvements to Evergreen Way from 108th Street to 112th Street; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett formed Local Improvement District (LID) No. 735 and identified the estimated assessments, by Ordinance No. 2181-96, to accomplish the improvements programmed with the project; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 701, Program 735, entitled "Evergreen Way Local Improvement District (LID) No. 735, Pecks Drive to 52nd Street" to accumulate all transactions for the special improvement project. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate revenues and costs, and distribute payments from Fund 701, Program 735, for all transactions of the special improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director", under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $ 1,633,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 701, Program 735, "Evergreen Way Local Improvement District (LID) No. 735, Pecks Drive to 52nd Street" as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Engineering $ 598,000 Construction $ 1,035,000 Total Improvement Costs $ 1,633,000
