(1) Each further notice of redemption given hereunder shall contain the <br /> information required above for an official notice of redemption plus (i) the CUSIP numbers, if <br /> any, of all Bonds being redeemed; (ii) the date of issue of such Bonds as originally issued; (iii) the <br /> rate of interest borne by each such Bond being redeemed; (iv) the maturity date of each such <br /> Bond being redeemed; and (v) any other descriptive information needed to identify accurately the <br /> Bonds being redeemed. <br /> (2) Each further notice of redemption may be sent at least 35 days <br /> before the redemption date by registered or certified mail or overnight delivery service to all <br /> registered securities depositories then in the business of holding substantial amounts of obligations <br /> of types comprising the Bonds and shall be sent to Moody's Investors Service and Standard & <br /> Poor's Ratings Services at their respective offices in New York, New York and to one or more <br /> national information services that disseminate notices of redemption of obligations such as the <br /> Bonds. <br /> E. Purchase of Bonds in Open Market. The City further reserves the right to <br /> use at any time any surplus Revenue of the System available after providing for the payments <br /> required by paragraphs First through Seventh, inclusive, of Section 7 of this ordinance, or other <br /> available funds, to purchase any of the Bonds in the open market for retirement only, if the same <br /> may be purchased at a price not exceeding that at which they could be called for redemption on <br /> the first succeeding date on which they may be called, plus accrued interest. <br /> Section 7. Priority of Payments from Revenue Fund. A special fund of the City <br /> known as the "Water and Sewer Revenue Fund" has heretofore been established in the office of <br /> the Treasurer into which shall be deposited the Revenue of the System as collected, except the <br /> interest earned and income derived from investments of money in the Revenue Bond Fund and the <br /> accounts therein. The Revenue Fund shall be held separate and apart from all other funds and <br /> accounts of the City and the Revenue of the System deposited in such Fund shall be used only for <br /> the following purposes and in the following order of priority: <br /> First, to pay the Costs of Maintenance and Operation; <br /> -15- FWWOBU DOC 97/03/04 <br />
